Xerox Scan to Email
You can use the scan to email feature with any Xerox machine in the district. All machines can scan in color. The default format to your email is a PDF.
I.Press keyboard on the screen

II.Using the number pad enter your PIN number
III.Place the document(s) in the document feeder right side up
IV.Press the SERVICES HOME button

V.Press E-MAIL

VI.Choose your recipients
a.To send an email to yourself
  1. Click ADD ME

 2.  Click to --> click SAVE
image


b.To email other recipients
  1. Click NEW RECIPIENT
image
  2.   Enter the first or last name of the recipient. You can enter only part of the name (i.e. just the first few letters)
  3.  Click the address book icon

  4.  Choose the correct recipient --> choose TO, CC or BCC  --> click CLOSEimage
c. Follow steps i-iv to add more recipients
VII.If you need to remove or edit a recipient
  1. Select the recipient you want to remove or edit
  2. Select remove or edit from the pop-up menu
VIII.Choose any other feature you would like for the job such as 2 sided, export format (in the case of scanning pictures), etc
